Upon receiving payment, whether made online or through a bank transfer, all orders are carefully packaged and personally processed by our team. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days after you receive a confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends and local holidays will be processed on the first business day to follow. For items that are not in stock (Pre-order), delivery is expected within 4-7 business days. For orders made with the “Cash on Delivery” option, they will be shipped once you receive an email confirmation.

We offer international shipping. All orders outside of Bulgaria are shipped using Bulgarian Post services with a tracking number and priority shipping.
All purchases within Bulgaria are shipped via the courier company “Speedy.”


Order Processing Time: 1-4 days

–       Delivery Timeframes:

  • Bulgaria: 1-5 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5-14 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of the world: 10-14 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are approximate and subject to change depending on local and international carriers, for which we cannot be held responsible. However, we will make every effort to help you track your order and resolve any issues that may arise. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor its status and contact your local post office or the specified “Speedy” office in case of any issues or delays.

Orders are shipped from Bulgaria (EU) and may be subject to local customs duties and taxes depending on your location and your country’s laws. These taxes are not included in the final product price, and we do not take responsibility for them. The prices shown on our website are final and include VAT but do not include possible customs taxes and shipping costs.

 

Shipping Costs:

–       Free shipping on orders over 300 Bulgarian Lev (BGN).

–       Shipping for orders below 300 BGN:

  • Bulgaria (to a Speedy office): Starting from 3 BGN (calculated by the courier) (Speedy office).
  • Bulgaria (to your address): Starting from 5 BGN. Additional services incur extra charges, such as delivery to a personal or work address, specific time delivery, and Cash on Delivery.

All shipments automatically include an Inspection and Testing option, allowing you to try the items at the courier’s office (Speedy). You can choose to have the package delivered to your personal or work address, or you can pick it up at a Speedy office in your city (for Bulgaria only). For all orders over 300 BGN, shipping is free.

 

Payment Options

We offer several payment options for orders in Bulgaria. You can pay for your order through the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery at your chosen address, + 4 BGN processing fee. (only for Bulgaria)
  • Online payment using a credit or debit card via the myPOS payment system. You can select your preferred payment method at the end of the order process.
  • For orders outside Bulgaria, we do not offer Cash upon Delivery as an option. Selected items must be paid for at the time of the order, either by credit or debit card or bank transfer. If you wish to pay for your item(s) by bank transfer, please contact us atinfo@theyare2.com for more information and instructions.

 

Returns/Exchanges

If your purchase is not exactly what you were looking for, you have a 14-day grace period from the date of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or return. Exchanges or returns are not possible for items made to the customer’s individual size specifications or for underwear and swimwear. (Items made to individual sizes cannot be refunded or exchanged.)

After receiving the items, you can return or exchange them no later than 14 days after completing the provided return form. Please do not return the items without the attached return form. Please return the package to the address indicated on the return form. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way by a third party. Only items in their original condition with all attached clothing tags and within the mentioned timeframes are eligible for returns. Upon receiving the returned items, we will make every effort to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days. All returns are initiated by us. The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility, unless there are special circumstances. While the items are in transit to us, we are not responsible for them. We cannot refund items that are lost or arrive damaged. For this reason, the item you wish to return should be carefully packaged and insured. The cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer, and customers can arrange their international shipping method with tracking capabilities.

  • The return shipping cost will be charged.

 

Wrong size and returns:

If you want to change your purchase for a different size or another item, please follow the steps above and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. After we receive the item, you wish to return, we will send you a new one according to your requirements. The cost of sending the new item in the case of an exchange is the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items have serious physical defects, packaging issues, or content. In such cases, shipping costs will be covered by us.
