- Shipping + Returns
After the payment has been cleared, all orders are carefully packed and processed personally by us. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-5 days after you receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day. For items that are not available (Pre-order), delivery is within 4-7 business days.
We ship internationally. All orders are shipped with Bulgarian Post services with a tracking number and priority shipping.
All purchases within Bulgaria are sent using Speedy, Econt or Berry.

Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change depending on the local and international carriers, for which we cannot take responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any problems that might occur as best as we can. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number you can keep an eye on the package and refer to it with your local post office if there is any problem or delays.
Orders are sent from Bulgaria (EU) and might be subject to local custom duties and/or taxes depending on your location and the law of your country. These taxes are not included in the final price of the product and we do not take responsibility for the cost of these charges. The product prices shown at our website are final and includes VAT. It does not include possible custom taxes and shipping costs.
- Shipping Costs
FREE shipping over 200 euro
Shipping under 200 euro:
– Bulgaria (to your nearby (Speedy office) – starting from 3 euro (the price is calculated by the courier)
– Bulgaria (to your address) – starting from 6 euro (the price is calculated by the courier)
Additional services will be charged extra, such as delivery to personal or business address, at the exact time and cash on delivery.
All shipments automatically receive a Preview and Test option, which means you can try items in Econt’s/Speedy’s change room. You can order the shipment to be delivered to your personal or business address or choose to receive it from an Econt/Speedy office in your city. For all orders over 400 BGN delivery is free!
There are several options for paying orders for Bulgaria. You can pay on receipt of the shipment (cash on delivery), by credit or debit card. You can make your selection from the menu at the end of the order.
For orders outside Bulgaria, we do not offer cash on delivery service. Selected items are paid at the time of order, choosing to pay by credit or debit card, bank transfer.
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. (Items made to individual sizes are not refundable and exchangeable!)
– After receiving the items, you can notify us with your wish to return/exchange no later than 14 days. Please do not ship your exchange/return back without our authorisation, as it will not be processed.
– We cannot return items that has been worn or washed. Only items in their original condition with garment tags still attached can be returned.
– Upon receiving the returned items, we will try to process all refunds as fast as we can, but please allow up to 30 working days. All returns are initiated by us. The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs, which are responsibility of the client, unless special circumstances occur.
– Until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or arrived damaged. For this reason, the item you want to return should be send back to us carefully packaged and with a service that provide insurance. Delivery costs for returns and exchanges are responsibility of the buyer and the clients can arrange their own way of international shipping that supports a tracking method.

Wrong size and return:
If you would like to change your purchase to a different size or other item, then you must follow the steps above. Once we receive the item you want to return, we will send you a new one according to your requirements. The cost of sending a new item, in case of exchange, is at the expense of the customer. Cost of returning the item – at the expense of the Client, except in cases where the item/s has serious violations of its physical integrity, its packaging and contents; products have been delivered or invoiced incorrectly; the products have manufacturing defects. In these cases, shipping costs are at our expense.
